As the ideal candidate for this role, you are an ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be responsible for our entire subprime portfolio (end-to-end) and will be selling vehicles directly to customers as part of that role. You offer advice to car buyers regarding options for purchase within budget, arrange financing and promote aftermarket products.  We are seeking an experienced high energy sales and finance professional who can set the pace in a combined sales/F&I role for a fast growing brand


Job Description: The Subprime Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive solutions to customers requiring vehicle financing by following a unique step by step process that helps our client rebuild and re-establish their credit history.  You will work with and develop relationships with financial institutions and lenders that will ensure the highest level of customer success.
 
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
·         Generate and respond to leads in a timely manner
·         Provide solutions and options for our non-prime customers.
·         Analyze credit reports and submit credit applications
·         Discuss and educate client on current lender requirements.
·         Work with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle and work with the lenders to satisfy those needs.
·         Accompany the customers during the test drive when applicable
·         Monitor DealerTrack and schedule appointments with customers.
·         Consult Finance Institutions to obtain funding options.
·         Collect and review information and documents before sending application to Financial Institution.
·         Call and follow up with the customers as per guidelines
·         Finance and Insurance Manager Relief for holidays or when needed

·         Demonstrated knowledge automotive finance industry  
·         Excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate professionally with clients
·         Exceptional organizational & time management skills
·         Self-Motivated with high energy that is also a quick adapter to changing automotive market trends
·         A continuous learner who is coachable-  Must be able to work independently but also as part of a team
·         Class 5 Drivers license

Job Description:
As the business development coordinator/marketing assistant you will work with our Marketing Manager to help achieve our targets.  Your primary responsibility will be directly communicating with our customers regarding their vehicle or experience with Dean Cooley GM.  You will be required to provide professional service to customers that builds customer satisfaction, loyalty and a superior customer experience.  You will need to actively prospect and generate leads for both new/used vehicle sales as well as our service and parts departments through various forms of communication.  You will need to be fully engaged in our CRM tool (Vin Solutions) and track all inbound and outbound activity at all times.  Closing sales will not be part of your responsibility.  You will also be required to perform all requested reporting to Management.
 
Your Duties will include but not be limited to:
·         Complete daily call tasks in a timely fashion for both variable and fixed departments- this in most instances will be cold/warm calls
·         Maintaining excellent communication records in our CRM system
·         Answering incoming text leads
·         Updating contact information in our internal systems and with General Motors
·         Book service and sales appointments for customers when required
·         Assist marketing manager when required
·         Other duties as assigned

As the assistant you will work with our sales team to help achieve our targets.  This position requires you to assist our sales consultants and managers through the sales process from start to finish as well as assist with inventory and marketing. No previous sales experience is required but is an asset.  We will provide you with a comprehensive training program and onboarding process.
